JL Industries FD Fire Rated Access Panel
This is 10x10, will be representative of all access panels ( the only think will change is that panels larger than 16x16 will have more than one look.
Included with the access panels will be instructions.
This is a 3h rated application.
This panel includes the straps that it can bend out.
This panel has only one lock and comes with the key used to open it, the spring latch, it's always going to be locked because is a fire door. You can also take the threaded key chain that is included. If you have one lock you can leave the turn ring installed on the door,or if you have two locks you can install this in one locks and your key will unlock it.
The spring (from the back side) will be connected between the hock and the holes from the back of the door.
Interior latch release on the inside.
Very good quality, very nice finish.
All prime coated.
Base on your wall construction : one to three hours fire rating.
