 119" Extra Heavy Duty Concealed Hinge - Dark Bronze Aluminum Finish |
|
- Heavy high frequency doors, extremely heavy low frequency doors
- Strong enough to swing doors heavier than 600 lbs, wider than four feet, taller than ten feet
- For doors 1-3/4" to 2-3/8" thick
- Clearance: 15/32" hinge side plus standard lockside clearance
- Frame and door leaf alignment rib for proper hinge and door location
- Door Reinforcement: None required to 200 lbs. Heavier use 16 gauge channel
- Frame Reinforcement: Recommended for doors in excess of 200 lbs and 3 feet in width
- 1/4"-20 Dril-Kwik screws
- Field Modifications: While Roton Continuous Geared Hinges can be field cut, any product
modifications may void all warranties. Should in-the-field modifications
be required, cut only from bottom of hinge. Do not cut through bearings
or screw holes.
