www.absupply.net has a site minimum. This minimum charge is directly related to the minimum charge amounts imposed by nearly all manufacturers www.absupply.net works with. The minimum order charge varies by manufacturer and is manufacturer specific. On average, this minimum order is $50.00 However there are some manufacturers which have higher minimum order amounts and there are some that have none.
Since there are some manufacturers that do not impose a minimum order amount. If your order falls short of the website order minimum, call customer service to see if your order can be entered manually. We are happy to process your order over the telephone and encourage you to do so for any reason whatsoever.
There are also instances when an order can consist of items from more than one manufacturer, that when combined exceed our minimum order amount, but can be below a specific manufacturers minimum order amount. In this situation, you will be notified. Sometimes a manufacturer will process an order, below the minimum order amount, with a surcharge. Paying the manufacturer surcharge is an option, or cancelling (with full refund) the order is another option. In any event, if this situation arises, you will be notified via email with specific options presented. |
